Clean and comfortable stay
I enjoyed my 2-night stay in a Deluxe King Room, particularly appreciating the impressive cleanliness which made everything feel fresh. The value was decent for the price, and the room size was satisfactory, although the front desk service could have been more attentive and engaging. Even though I liked the overall experience, some improvements in the reception staff's customer interaction would enhance the welcome.

I appreciated the clean and well-maintained lobby area, which featured comfortable seating that made it easy for seniors like myself to relax while waiting. The hotel's layout was easily navigable, aiding accessibility for those with mobility concerns.
More grab bars in the bathroom would be beneficial.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10decent securityfree wi-fistiff bed
The breakfast offerings were limited, featuring only oatmeal and some packaged donuts, not ideal for a hearty start. Yet, I noticed the basic amenities like decent free Wi-Fi and 24-hour security that provided a layer of comfort during the stay.
The bed felt incredibly stiff, leaving me waking up more sore than I went to sleep. Upon arrival, the room lacked towels, which required multiple requests to eventually receive them hours later. The hotel seemed to exist in a questionable neighborhood, with signs of neglect and some uninviting characters lingering around. Overall, the experience just felt off and not somewhere I'd want to return to anytime soon.

During my one-night stay, I found the bed quite firm, making it challenging to get comfortable. The absence of towels in the room upon arrival was an inconvenience, despite eventually receiving them. The breakfast options were limited, mainly oatmeal and packaged donuts, which could be improved. This hotel may be more suitable for short stays rather than extended visits.

The stay had its ups and downs. While the bed was quite comfortable and the cleanliness was impressive, the breakfast options were limited and a bit dull. The reception staff could be friendlier to enhance the overall atmosphere.
